Wheat Ridge CO Married 4 I am really enjoying life after kids. I loved having them but now it is fabulous having them on their own. My husband, Guy and I love to travel. We have been to Europe and Mexico several times. Italy is our favorite. We also enjoy road trips around the U.S. I am an elementary school teacher and have been for 25 years. I was always happy being in the band. It was a great family. We still all have that connection 40 years later. Many people have mentioned the state football championships against GW. I was dating the GW Drum Major at the time and our parents had a dinner bet on the game. Of course we won. It is still a good memory. I will never be able to forget the time Bob (Robb) Griffin got sprayed by the skunk while trying to help it remove a Hershey's Instant Chocolate Milk container from it's head. Mr. Wallace made him sit by himself during band and boy did he smell. 2012-10-14 19:55:47

Littleton CO Married Playtime! My wife (June) and I are retired...that is our new career! We own a "river lot" right on the Arkansas between Buena Vista and Salida. Warm days, cool nights, waving at the river rafters as they float by our place, firing up the barbecue and opening a bottle of wine are some of the pleasures we enjoy! Throw in some travel on top of that and life is good. June worked for Jefferson County school system as a French and Spanish teacher. I finished up with 33 years with Xcel Energy here in Denver, working in the computer arena. Friends.....and we still are! 2012-10-13 19:36:09

Laguna Niguel CA Divorced 2 I am divorced and have two sons, 23 and 20. One lives in the Dallas area with his wife. They are expecting my first grandaughter in December. My youngest son is attending college in Montana. After summer school ends I will be flying to Montana to visit my son. I then head to Ireland for three weeks. So I will miss the reunion. I will try for the next one. I was just in Colorado over Memorial Day weekend visiting my brother who lives in Estes. Sure miss the mountains! My philosophy for life is to Live, Laugh, and Love. Life is good and I have been very blessed. I wish you all well and lots of fun at the reunion. Bobbi Arms Martin I like to play golf, quilt - actually it is faster to list what I don't like. Tennis, bike riding, roller blading and sailing. It is too bad I get seasick since I live only 9 miles from the ocean! Wildlife conservation and helping to save our planet are my big hot issues. I am an elementary RSP, special education, teacher. The kids are great, but the legal aspect of the job is not fun. Before that I owned a travel agency. I like teaching better than owning a business! Senior prom and going to Garden of the Gods afterwards. I have lots of stories about people, but they did not go to Wheat Ridge HS. :) 2012-10-13 19:32:27

Louisville CO This May we're taking our kids to Hawaii! I'm looking forward to a little R&R after spending the last month training my replacement. Yes, I'll be retiring soon...July 31st... My husband retired the end of January and he is patiently waiting while I close the books one more time. Our son is a banker here in Louisville and our daughter, after taking a break, is finally on the road to graduation from college next year. She also just landed an internship with the Bureau of Land Management at the Federal Center. I guess three bureaucrats in this family is enough! My husband and I both enjoy the heck out of snow skiing. I guess it goes with living in Colorado most of my life. We're looking forward to being able to ski in the middle of the week with the "over the hill" gang. We plan to also get to some ski areas that we've never had time to like Telluride, Crested Butte, and Wolf Creek..and after that..Utah, Jackson Hole, Whistler, and the Swiss Alps. Well why not? For the past thirty-four years I've worked at the University of Colorado. I'm the chief financial officer for the Department of Housing and Dining Services. CU has been very good to me..a degree and a career. My favorite high school memories are when Leslie and I would ride our horses together after school. 2012-10-13 19:14:56

West Roxbury MA After leaving high school I joined the Army and spent 14 years on duty. I had the opportunity to finish my education and go into teaching (my childhood dream) so I left the Army and completed my schooling in 1986. I spent over 20 years as a teacher until recently. Travel: Cruises, road trips and tours. In the army I was able to travel to Asia and to Europe as well as several different posts in the US. After I began teaching I spent my summers roaming the highways and byways of the US. I like the outdoors and enjoy camping and fishing. My main hobbies are cooking, photography and computers. High School Teacher (Retired February 2, 2007) They say the memory is the second thing to go... I can't remember the first thing. 2012-10-13 19:11:45
